Product Liability Insurance
Product liability insurance will provide protection for anyone who sells goods or products.
Product liability insurance covers your business from claims made against you from third parties for property damage and personal injury arising from goods sold or supplied.
The minimum limit is £1m, however it is recommended that a similar limit to that taken under Public Liability be selected.
Product liability insurance policy is not aimed or designed for companies that manufacture goods of products and alternative more specific insurance cover should be sought in these circumstances.
